By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record. The Merchant of Record is responsible for all customer service inquiries and handles returns for purchases made through our Services.
By creating an account, accessing our game, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Minimum Age: You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age.
Parental Consent (16-17 years): If you are between 16 and 18 years old, you must have your parent or legal guardian review these Terms and our Privacy Policy and consent to your use of our Services.
AI-Generated Content Notice: Our game uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and content. While we train our AI systems to avoid inappropriate content, AI responses can be unpredictable. We strongly recommend that users under 18 use the Services with parental guidance.
We reserve the right to request verification of age at any time. If we discover that a user under 16 has created an account, we will immediately terminate that account.
Account Creation: To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You can register using Discord, Google, or email authentication.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary.
Play Tokens: Turing's Twist uses a token-based system to access gameplay. Tokens are virtual currency with no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items of value outside of our Services.
Token Usage: Tokens are consumed when you play games. The number of tokens required may vary based on game mode and other factors.
Refund Policy: Tokens are subject to our 14-day refund policy as described in Section 9 below. However, once you use any tokens, they are considered consumed and cannot be refunded.
Subscription Plans: We offer monthly subscription plans that provide you with a regular allocation of play tokens. Subscription details, including pricing and token allocation, are displayed at the time of purchase.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to your subscription benefits until that time.
Changes to Subscriptions: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing and benefits with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect your current billing cycle.
In addition to subscriptions, you may purchase tokens individually or in packages. Token purchases are subject to our 14-day refund policy (see Section 9). However, once you use any tokens from your purchase, they are considered consumed digital content and cannot be refunded.
Token prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change.
Merchant of Record: All payments for subscriptions and token purchases are processed by our authorized payment service provider, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
By making a purchase, you agree to the payment processor's terms and conditions and privacy policy, which will be presented to you at the time of purchase.
Payment Methods: Our payment processor supports various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other payment options available in your region.
Taxes: Prices displayed may not include applicable taxes. Any required taxes will be calculated and added at checkout. The Merchant of Record is responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable taxes.
We offer a 14-day refund policy for all purchases of subscriptions and tokens, regardless of your location. You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
However, since our products are digital content (tokens and subscription access) that are delivered and made available to you immediately upon purchase, by making a purchase and using any part of the digital content, you acknowledge and agree that:

Refunds for legitimate technical issues that prevent service access will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the payment processor, even beyond the 14-day window.

Contacting the Payment Processor: Since our payment processor is the Merchant of Record for all transactions, all refund requests must be submitted to their customer support. You can find their contact information in your purchase confirmation email or on their website.
Processing Time: If your refund request is approved (i.e., you haven't used the digital content and you're within 14 days), the payment processor will process the refund to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.

User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of any content you create or submit through our Services (such as chat messages within the game). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with operating and improving our Services.
Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our express written permission.
Turing's Twist uses artificial intelligence (including Google Gemini and potentially other AI services such as OpenAI and Anthropic) to power bot characters and game interactions. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Reporting: If you encounter inappropriate AI-generated content, please report it immediately to [email protected] so we can improve our AI systems and content filtering.
Third-Party AI Services: Our AI systems may utilize third-party services (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic) which have their own terms of service and policies. Your interactions with AI in our game are also subject to these third parties' acceptable use policies.
Your Right to Terminate: You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Our Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. Any unused tokens or subscription time will be forfeited, except as required by applicable law.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of our Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turing's Twist and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms shall limit any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to the consumer protection rights under European Union law or U.S. state laws.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (if you have provided one) or by posting a notice on our website or in the game before the changes become effective.
Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using our Services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
